Tony Aquila is an inventor, serial entrepreneur and philanthropist who intently pursues opportunities to protect society. He is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of AFV Partners, a low-leverage capital vehicle that invests in long-term software and data businesses headquartered in Argyle, Texas. He is Chairman of the Board of the Aircraft Performance Group and RocketRoute. Most recently, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Canoo. Prior, Tony founded Solera Holdings Inc. in 2005, and led it as Chairman and CEO until 2019.

Tony has held several international board, joint venture and advisory mandates as a global expert in mobility, as well as a wide area of high-tech companies, including digital identity, sports information and the artificial and industrial blockchain space. He was the recipient of the prestigious National EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ 2013 Technology Award.
