Martin Brown is the Founder, President and CEO of Zhemian Ventures, LLC, a legal advisory and consulting firm specializing in venture capital and private equity transactions. He is an experienced transactional attorney and corporate litigator with extensive experience in IT, business formation and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, commercial real estate matters, venture capital and private equity transactions, and securities compliance. Mr. Brown is a member of various bar associations throughout the United States, received the National Defense Service Medal from the United States Navy, and has two pubished works.
